The topic of ecology and sustainability occupy me personally, which is why I am very motivated to make a positive contribution to the project work. I enjoy working with people and I enjoy getting to know new cultures. Through open communication, I am able to approach people and address important issues openly so that the quality of the work is always maintained. I can make another positive contribution through my structured work and my analytical thinking. As a result of my internship as a fundraising & marketing manager, I learned to take on responsibility in the context of project management and was able to acquire additional skills that are also helpful in the course of project work. I especially admire the motivation and ambition that Reform Africa conveys and I am all the more pleased to be a part of it in the context of the project work.
